PIXRECAI is a product of Brewongo.ai LLC ("Brewongo", "we", "us"), based in McKinney, Texas, USA. These Terms are an agreement between you and Brewongo.ai LLC.
PixRecAI ("we", "us", "our") provides automated demo-video generation: you give us a URL (or your own screen) plus, optionally, a product document, and we record a walkthrough, generate narration, and produce a finished video.
You must register an account to use PixRecAI. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. One account per user — sharing or creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is a violation of these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. Plan limits (recordings per month, video length, voiceover minutes, and similar caps) are enforced in-app and may change if you upgrade or downgrade. You retain all ownership rights to the recordings, scripts, and videos you create with PixRecAI ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store temporarily, and generate output from Your Content solely to provide the service to you — we do not use Your Content for any other purpose, and we do not claim ownership of it.
The PixRecAI software, website, and branding are our property and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our IP rights to you.
PixRecAI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in fees during the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your account at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing effects of cancellation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
