Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect:

Your account email address and a hashed (never plaintext) password.
Usage metadata — actions you take in the app, such as recordings started and plan usage.
Recording configuration — the URL, duration, aspect ratio, and similar settings you choose per recording.
Product documents you upload so we can generate a demo script and narration.

Payment data

All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe stores that on our behalf and shares with us only what's needed to run your subscription (plan, status, billing dates).

Video processing and storage

Recordings are generated and stored temporarily on our servers only while they're being processed. Once a video is ready, it is uploaded to your own YouTube channel via the YouTube access you grant us (see below), and then deleted from our servers. We do not keep a permanent copy of your videos.

Text-to-speech

When you use narration, we send your script text to ElevenLabs to generate the audio. Their handling of that data is governed by the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy.

YouTube API Services

PixRecAI uses YouTube API Services.

By using our YouTube upload feature, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

We request YouTube access solely to upload the videos you create to your own YouTube channel. We do not read, modify, or delete any other content on your channel, and we do not access any other YouTube data beyond what's needed to perform that upload.

You can revoke PixRecAI's access to your YouTube account at any time — either from your PixRecAI account settings, or directly from Google at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

We do not store any YouTube data beyond the OAuth tokens needed to perform uploads on your behalf. Those tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect your YouTube account.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies we set and how to manage them.

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@pixrecai.com.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Our legal basis for processing your data is performance of the contract between you and us (i.e., providing the service you signed up for). To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@pixrecai.com.

Children

PixRecAI is not intended for users under 16 years old.
